Cook Book Fun Day

So yesterday we had 105 reservations at the restaurant... it was a very late night. Tomorrow the restaurant is closed for Memorial Day so I figured that I could work on this cook book I plan on making and think of something to make for my presentation Friday!

  1. It sounds like you could use a little bit of a break...yay for days off! You're getting such an awesome experience with the real world food industry, it seems incredibly worthwhile especially cause you're interested in pursuing a culinary career! The cookbook is a great idea, and I bet being at the restaurant all the time will help you figure out which direction you want to take things.
