Just kidding. It was really slow, though. and I had to cut a million onions (just kidding, like 5) and my eyes were acting like the ocean was dumped in them... I learned this trick that if you put a piece of bread in your mouth whilst cutting onions, your eyes don't water because the bread absorbs all the moisture and ends up tasting like onions! Hey, I'd rather have onion bread than crying eyes.
Today and yesterday were fairly slow and we had all the chefs there because my sponsor (head chef/owner/boss man) is in Florida until Monday. However, there are 4 other chefs (when there's normally 2 or 3) plus me. There wasn't too much to do but make dressings, cook some stuff in the oven, cut some things, eat some risotto...
I plan on taking pictures Wednesday because it might be a little busy and I want to get some action photos!
