Yesterday, for Mother's Day, I made some Shrimp Scampi, sautéed spinach with onions, and a salad. Today at work, I stuck to salads and desserts again because the grilling aspect of kitchen was hectic due to a new menu and I'm hoping to take some pictures on Wednesday (tomorrow I have off because I'm working on Saturday). I'm continuing to find recipes to put into my cookbook as a final project a delicious dessert!
