Burning Sensation

So yesterday was my first day on grill! I learned how to properly cook salmon, steak, filet, pork tenderloin and all of those good meaty things. I basically did a lot of the frying stuff (fries, egg roles, tots...) because it was my first day and it was a FRIDAY, which was extremely busy and chaotic. I did burn myself by dropping an egg role into the frier and it splashed on my arm... I learned my lesson. My knife skills continue to improve and so does my speed in the kitchen (trust me, you have to be very fast or the orders will begin to pile up... not fun).
