Final APs

On Friday I took my last AP and it was a nice change of pace from a really busy week. To be completely honest, this project has been very exhausting, in a good way. I've met a lot of great people who have really high expectations and big goals for themselves. It's truly been a life-changing experience helping out these amazing women in their respective and divergent career paths. I'd like to share a short description of all the women I have/will work with because they are all very interesting and smart people.

Bryn Johnson (sponsor)
Bryn is a Human Resources Consultant- but not a Human Resources manager because she deals with recruiting, not creating packages or salaries or benefits. She works with different companies as they restructure and are trying to figure out what type of people to hire. Her website http://www.brynjohnson.com/ is under construction right now because what she is doing is evolving and she wants to make sure that her website reflects that. Hopefully I'll get to help her work on the redesign process sometime next week!

Ariane Zurcher
Ariane is a high end jewelry designer (http://www.arianezurcher.com/) and a blogger. She now has two blogs, one is about her daughter's journey through life as an autistic child and parenting an autistic child (http://emmashopebook.com/). Her second blog she recently launched a week or so ago is more about her personal life and the creative/design process as a jewelry designer (http://whereartandlifemeet.com/). Ariane also writes for the Huffington post.

Carolyn Herfurth
Carolyn is a business development strategist and a speaker.  She specializes in working with small business owners and service professionals who need help figuring out how to package, price and sell their services – despite the vulnerability they feel and demands that they experience “singing for their supper” (thebiztruth.com). Her company is called "The Biz Truth." Carolyn was nominated for one fo the entrepreneurial awards I wrote about earlier this week.

I'm working with two other women but I think I'll save that for another day because I haven't finished their projects yet!
