Stepping Up
After a little more than a week with TeamWork Online, I have learned more about the system and things that are going on in the office. Pretty much, the key components that go on in TeamWork Online is statistical analysis (what I worked on for the first week), customer services (did it for like a day while the others weren't there), marketing, and sales. Today, I was finally introduced to the sales side of the company more. I was reading some of the executive stories that Buffy, TeamWork Online's founder, wrote when Ben (the sales guy) called me to be on the phone with him while he called some potential customers for the Teammate Events. One program he introduced me to was Zoho, which is the website they use to monitor all the client's contacts. We called some of the teams in Charlotte, Atlanta, and Dallas. I did some research on the teams for their schedules and also took notes for his calls. Overall, it was a great experience for me since I was able to finally step and help out with the sales to generate some revenue.
