To Be A Chef Or To Be something else?

After working in a kitchen for about 2 and half weeks, I still can't decide whether I want to make this my career or not (which is the point of my project). I absolutely love to cook and eat and everything food and I looooove to learn new things but I'm not sure if I can be fast enough to work in a kitchen. The chefs I work with are extremely efficient and fast and I know that it comes with time and practice and classes but I don't know if I would really want to put all my time and effort into it if I don't think I can survive in a hectic kitchen (dealing with stress, time limits, pressure...)

Overall I am having a blast and the people I work with are so amusing and interesting and I'm learning so much. Most of these things are so simple and you don't really have to think about it, you just have to trust yourself that what you're doing is right.
