Healthy Catering

Yesterday, John and I went to the University Hospital across from the restaurant to cater an event that was based on healthy food. The dish we made was sautéed salmon, which was baked in the oven for 15 minutes, on top of some black quinoa salad that had minced green and red peppers, carrots and onions and on top of that was a saffron and tomato sauce. It was quite delicious. Today I was not scheduled to work so I took it as a day off. Tomorrow I work from 4-10 as well as on Friday and Saturday I plan on making some more dishes! I think a triple fudge brownie or some crazy dessert will hit the spot!
